The fees currently charged by Cayman National for trustee services are as follows:

• Establishment of trust £1,200
• Minimum annual administration fee £1,200

The above fees apply to relatively straightforward set-up situations and low annual activity. Fee estimates will be given in circumstances involving more complex legal, taxation and asset transfer issues and higher activity levels. Sales tax (VAT) may be payable on fees in certain circumstances.

The minimum fee for the distribution and termination of a trust is £500. Specific fees for the termination of any trust will be quoted on a case by case basis subject to the nature and complexity of the trust and its underlying assets.
