Company Administration Fees

The fees currently charged by Cayman National for corporate services are as follows:

  • Incorporation fee (including government duty of £180) - £1,000
  • Transfer of company from existing managers - £500
  • Minimum annual management fee for 2006 Act Company (NMV) (payable in advance) - £1,000
  • Minimum annual management fee for 1931 Act Company (payable in advance)- £1,200
  • Minimum fee for the preparation of annual accounts and preperation of tax return- £250
  • Fee for establishment of bank accounts (other than for accounts maintained with Cayman National Bank and Trust Company)- £250

The minimum annual management fee includes compliance with all statutory requirements in the form of maintenance of all statutory registers, holding the annual general meeting, preparing and filing the annual return and tax exemption application. In addition, this minimum fee includes the provision of officers (directors and secretary), registered office and nominee shareholders. Time charges will be incurred for additional directors' meetings, administrator time in connection with the business activity of the company and ad hoc reporting.

Cayman National will, in selected cases, also provide registered office and assistant secretarial services for £800 each per annum. Where the company is incorporated and fully managed by Cayman National, fees for registered office and company officers are included in the standard annual charges quoted above. All fees are exclusive of disbursements and are subject to Sales Tax (VAT) as appropriate.

Annual disbursements for Isle of Man companies, payable to the Isle of Man Government, currently include £250 corporate charge and £70 annual return filing fee.
